We welcome your constructive feedback and suggestions for improving DEI initiatives within the department. To facilitate bidirectional communications and follow up your submissions, you will be asked to sign in with your UCSB Net ID to submit. Any comments or questions submitted through this portal will be reviewed by our department’s MSO (a staff member who is neither faculty nor a graduate student), who will direct your posting to the most relevant party. Depending on the nature of the post, relevant parties may include the department chair, the department DEI committee, or other campus offices. Please note that the department MSO, Chair, faculty and other members of the department with supervisory roles (including graduate students) are legally required to report any posting related to prohibitive behavior under UC’s Sexual Violence and Sexual Harrassment Policy and/or UC’s Anti-Discrmination Policy to UCSB’s Office of Title IX Compliance and Discrimination and Harrassment Prevention.
